Carlson Real Estate leases office space in Plymouth

Carlson Real Estate recently leased 48,000 square feet of office space in the OTC Building in Plymouth, Minnesota, according to RE Journals. The company who leased the office space is iQor, who specializes in providing customer service and third-party collections for companies across the U.S., Candada, Indiana, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.

Carlson Companies recently occupied the office space, and upon iQor’s occupancy, the building will remain fully occupied.

Senior director overseeing the Carlson’s portfolio, Kris Harris, says, “We came to the negotiating table and responded quickly. We were flexible in responding to all their requests. I believe they saw this as a great advantage of doing business with us.”
