Cassidy Turley released a report Friday detailing the state of office space on a national level. The report covered not only vacancy rates across the country, but it also included information on what the housing market calls “shadow inventory”, and it’s all brining optimism for 2011.

With daycare center recently vacating the Dearborn Building, Holladay Properties took the opportunity to open new executive office space in Portage, Ind. In its place, Holladay will be building out 6,000 square feet of office space.
