H3 Biomedicine, a biotech company who focuses on cancer research and therapies, has expanded to new lab and office space in Cambridge, just outside of Boston.

The new 49,900 square foot space is located at 300 Technology Square in the new Kendall Square neighborhood. The group is owned by Tokyo-based Eisai Co., who pledged $200 million in research and funding for the group, according to Boston Business Journal.

Kendall Square was built in 2001, and has grown to 1.2 million square feet of research and office complexes. In total, the campus’ seven high-end buildings offer various onsite amenities and beautiful courtyards.
